Founding leadership team - An invitation to build
Most home care companies tell you they care. We’d rather prove it. Telford Loving Care is building an organization from the ground up to restore dignity to seniors and treat the people who provide their care with true respect. We are pre-license, pre-launch, and funded to build deliberately. We are choosing our founding team with intention rather than urgency.
Founding Registered Nurse: RN of Record
We are seeking a licensed Georgia RN to serve as our RN of Record, the founding clinical seat of the company: supporting state licensure, directing our 40-hour ALTRU Academy training program, and overseeing care standards within our non-medical scope. Part-time and flexible by design, compensated from day one, with a role that grows in defined phases as the company grows. Requirements: active, unrestricted Georgia RN license in good standing; based in or near North Fulton; drawn to the mission of dignified senior care.
Home Care Specialist - Founding Team
The Mission: You will own the recruiting engine that finds, screens, and chooses the people who carry the Telford name into homes. You will build our caregiver recruiting pipeline and interview candidates for character, fit, and reliability.
Compensation & Stage: We are transparent about our early-stage, pre-revenue status. Compensation for this role will be discussed openly based on your experience and is structured to grow as the business scales.
Who You Are: Solid home care industry experience. A strong judge of character, organized and self-directed, and energized by building a culture from scratch.
