What areas does Telford Loving Care serve?
We are based in North Fulton, Georgia, and preparing to serve families in Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton. If you are unsure whether your location is included, reach out through our contact form and we will let you know.
What types of care do you provide?
Once licensed, we will offer in-home senior care, including companion, personal, and respite care. Our focus will be on non-medical support that helps seniors stay comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.
Is Telford Loving Care a new company?
Yes. We are currently in our pre-launch phase, building our founding team of ALTRU Care Associates before opening our doors to families. We are being upfront about this because we believe families deserve to know exactly who they are trusting, from day one.
Since you are a new company, how do I know the care will be reliable?
We built Telford Loving Care around a deliberate selection and support process for every associate, rather than rushing to scale. You are welcome to ask us directly about our vetting process, training, and how we place caregivers with families through our contact form.
What is an ALTRU Care Associate?
It is what we call our caregivers, and the name reflects how we treat the role. Associates are chosen with intention, trained consistently, and supported the way we would want someone caring for our own family to be supported.
How do I know which type of care my family member needs?
That depends on their day-to-day needs, whether it is help with companionship, personal hygiene, mobility, or a short-term break for a family caregiver. Reach out through our contact form, and we will help you figure out the right fit.
How much does care cost?
Cost depends on the type of care and the number of hours needed each week. Since every family’s situation is different, the most accurate way to get pricing is to contact us directly with some details about what you are looking for.

Do I need previous caregiving experience to apply?
We choose for character, compassion, and heart first, and we choose carefully. You do not need a specific resume to be the right person. Not everyone earns the name ALTRU Care Associate. If you bring the right heart, we provide real training, built to our standard, under the direction of our own registered nurse.
