Telford Loving Care

It starts with honoring the caregiver

Telford Loving Care is an independently owned, non-medical in-home senior care company preparing to launch in Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton.

** We are pre-launch: building our founding team and pursuing our Georgia license. We are not yet accepting clients. **

A letter from our founder

I sold my house to fund this vision. Not because I had to, but because I believe in it that much.

My name is Dan Telford, and I am building Telford Loving Care on something I have understood my whole life: every person carries the imprint of how they were cared for. The need to be seen, to hear “good job,” to feel that someone noticed, never goes away. It just goes quiet. Caregiving, done right, is the work of leaning in when someone calls out. That is the work we are building this company to honor.

We put my family name on the door on purpose. When care comes to your mother or father, someone should be personally accountable for how it feels. That someone is me.

We are not open to the public yet. We are doing the unglamorous work of building this the right way before we ever accept a client: earning our Georgia license, choosing our founding team with intention, and training to our own standard. The day we open our doors, families will have somewhere better to turn.

Why We Built Telford Loving Care

What we believe

Telford Loving Care is an independently owned, private-pay, non-medical in-home senior care company preparing to launch in Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton, Georgia.

Everything we build starts from one conviction: it starts with honoring the caregiver. We choose our caregivers carefully, train them through our own RN-directed ALTRU Academy, and invest in them, and we mean truly invest: real gratitude, real perks, real respect, and pay worth staying for.

We believe that will matter more than anything else we do, and we intend to prove it. A caregiver who is seen and valued pours genuine care into the people they serve. That is how dignity gets restored, one senior at a time.

What we are building

Matching that treats people as people.

Our signature. We match caregiver and client on the things that make a day feel good: hobbies, foods, music, faith, humor, language. The care plan defines what gets done. The match decides how it feels.

You meet your caregiver before care begins.

We make the match thoughtfully, then introduce you: a short, warm meeting, easily done online, before the first visit. And if the fit ever does not feel right, tell us and we will make it right.

The ALTRU Academy.

Every caregiver completes our own 40-hour, RN-directed training program. We are not hiring off a list. We are building people up.

Screening for heart.

Every candidate completes a real behavioral assessment. Not everyone earns the name ALTRU Care Associate, and that is the point.

Independent on purpose.

No franchise, no franchise fees. The margin that would leave town goes into caregiver pay instead, because better pay keeps great caregivers, and great caregivers are the whole promise.

Three cities, on purpose.

Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton. Small enough to know every family we serve.

Where we are today

We are pre-launch. Our Georgia Private Home Care Provider license is in process, our founding team is forming, and no client care is being delivered yet. We are building relationships now so that families have somewhere better to turn the day we open our doors.

Two invitations

If you do this work

We are choosing our founding caregivers and leadership now. If you have spent your career caring for people and waiting for a company to notice, we built this for you.

If your family will someday need us

Tell us about your loved one. There is no obligation and no waiting list pressure, just a company that would like to know your family before the day you need one.

We will invest in our caregivers, and we mean truly invest: real gratitude, real perks, real respect, and pay worth staying for. We believe that will matter more than anything else we do, and we intend to prove it.

...restoring dignity, one senior at a time.
