Dan Telford
Founder & Chief Compassion Officer
Dan spent seven years running his own staffing agency and 22 years in workers' compensation and managed care, the last 13 at the executive level. His vision for Telford Loving Care centers on how the agency recruits and supports its caregivers.
Dan firmly believes that business isn't about promising what a company will do, but consistently showing it through action. His family name is on the door, and as founder and Administrator of Record for our Georgia license, he is personally accountable for the standard of care that carries it.
Melanie Honeycutt-Casanova, RN, BSN, CHPN, CCM, CDP
Director, ALTRU Academy
Melanie will lead the development of our ALTRU Academy, a caregiver training and development program designed to help our team build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to provide exceptional care to seniors. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse, a Certified Case Manager and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she is train the trainer certified, and she has spent her career educating caregivers and nursing staff.
She is building our Academy in house, and it reaches well past personal care into dementia and Alzheimer's, end of life, and the psychology of aging, which is why people behave the way they do as their independence slips away.
Amanda Brock
Operations and Finance
Amanda spent fifteen years running operations for service companies, managing teams, branches and multi-location divisions before joining Telford Loving Care. Here she keeps our books and a good deal more. In a company that promises to pay caregivers well and pay them on time, that is not a back office job. It is a promise-keeping job, and Amanda is the one who makes sure the promise holds.

Bianca finds our people. Every ALTRU Care Associate who joins Telford Loving Care meets her first, and she screens for character before she screens for anything else.

Scheduling Coordinator
Angela makes sure the right caregiver is in the right home at the right time. When the schedule holds, families stop worrying, and that is the quiet part of care nobody thanks you for.

Renz builds the relationships that connect North Fulton families to the support they need, and he keeps the team running behind the scenes so the people doing the caring can focus on caring.
