Already a CNA? Start with credentialing.
We verify your credentials, background requirements and readiness for the network. You will complete a brief TLC orientation so you understand our standards, platform and client-matching process.
Still finishing your program? Apply now.
We would like to meet you before graduation. Network participation begins after all required credentials and screening requirements are complete.
Choose the opportunities that fit you.
Review available client opportunities and decide which ones to accept. You are not required to take a minimum number of clients or hours, and TLC does not guarantee a set schedule.
Grow your skills and your opportunities.
Optional ALTRU Academy modules in dementia and end-of-life support can qualify you for additional types of client opportunities and higher published service rates. What you learn is yours to keep.
Rates & Payments
Published service rates: $18–$24 by type of care.
Rates vary by client needs, credentials and completed specialty modules. TLC processes approved services weekly. You receive a $100 gas card when you join the network and another after completing 100 hours of care.

Caregivers do the hardest work in this business and are too often overlooked. TLC was built to recognize the people who make excellent care possible.
What happens after you apply
Upon approval to the TLC Caregiver Network, you may view client opportunities that match your documented qualifications. Each opportunity will identify the location, requested services, anticipated schedule, required specialty qualifications and offered rate.
You may accept or decline any opportunity without penalty. Optional ALTRU specialty pathways can expand the types of opportunities available to you and may provide access to enhanced opportunity rates. Completion of a pathway does not guarantee clients, hours or income.
